Because every Allergeasy card is custom-made and personalized with your specific medical information, name, and emergency contact details, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds once an order has been submitted and sent to production.

Order Accuracy

Please review your selected allergies, spelling of your name, phone number, and custom notes carefully before completing your purchase. We print exactly what is submitted in the order form and are not responsible for typos or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your physical card arrives damaged or contains a printing error on our end (i.e., it does not match the information you submitted), please contact us at info@allergeasy.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will issue a free replacement.

Our products are strictly communication tools designed to help you inform restaurant staff and others about your dietary restrictions. We do not guarantee that third parties (such as chefs, waiters, or food handlers) will read, understand, or comply with the information on your card. Allergeasy is not liable for any allergic reactions, illness, injury, or death resulting from food consumption, cross-contamination, or negligence by third parties. You remain solely responsible for your health and safety.

3. User-Provided Content You represent and warrant that the personal information and allergy details you provide are accurate. You agree not to submit any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate text in the custom notes section. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain abusive language.

4. Intellectual Property The design, layout, graphics, and structure of the Allergeasy cards and website are the property of Allergeasy and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or resell our digital PDFs or physical cards without permission.
